Ryan Leffler began his commercial real estate career in 1990 with Axxon Investments – Axxon develops manufacturing and distribution warehouse properties in Houston TX. From 1990 – 1994 Ryan worked on the leasing team for over 1M SF of industrial property. He was responsible for marketing, lease negotiations and contractor coordination to complete the design and occupancy for industrial tenants ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 sq. ft. spaces.
In 1994 he worked with Jaramar Development out of Houston, Texas. Jaramar was a Medical Office Building Development Company, providing architecture, design, development, construction, leasing and property management services across the United States. From 1994 to 1999, he coordinated the interior design and construction for over 1.5 million square feet of medical office buildout. His responsibilities included lease negotiations, interior design and contractor coordination. In 1999, Ryan assisted in the disposition of all of the assets in the Jaramar portfolio.
In late 1999, Ryan began his commercial real estate brokerage career with RE/Max Commercial. From 2000 to 2006, Ryan sold over $100,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. These successes lead him to branch off and create Leffler & Associates Inc. in 2006.
From 2006 to 2019, Ryan operated Leffler & Associates which is a leading Southwest Florida commercial brokerage, construction and property management firm. He specialized in portfolio management and assisted customers in the purchase and renovation of some of Lee County’s most unique properties.
Ryan represented multiple industrial transitions for national and regional investors and operators. The Robb & Stucky distribution center, Masco Insulations Division and Carrier are among some of the industrial clients and tenants Ryan represented over his career in commercial real estate.
Over the past two years, Ryan has represented medical and professional clients such as HealthTrust Realty, Pulmonary Consultants of SWFL and Rosemont Realty. His current medical and professional office inventory includes over 500,000 SF of office and medical properties with a value exceeding $30,000,000.
